Working as part of the wider retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for customers and ensure our kitchen operates efficiently.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPrepare and serve food in line with brand standards\nDeliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience\nSupport food preparation and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen\nFollow food hygiene standards and HACCP requirements\nComplete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks\nFollow company policies covering health & safety, food safety, cash handling and stock control\nSupport stock management and deliveries, reporting shortages where required\nHelp contribute to site sales targets\nDeliver fast and efficient service during busy trading periods\nWork collaboratively as part of the wider retail team\nWhat we’ll need from you\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nIdeally, some previous retail or food service experience\nA customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering great service\nGood awareness of food hygiene, cleanliness and safe working practices\nA team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn\nThe ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards\nReliability and a positive approach to working as part of a team\nWhy join Certas Energy?\nAt Certas Energy, our people are key to our success.
