From Drivers to Technicians, Customer Experience experts to Site Managers, Engineers to Electricians, we come together as a team of experts, to do more for our customers\nHow you’ll power our business as an Engineer\nReporting to the Consumer Engineering Manager - Metered Estates through our trusted Lead Technician, you'll play a vital role in bringing LPG to life at our customers' homes and businesses. From installing and maintaining LPG equipment to making sure everything runs like clockwork, you’ll be the friendly face customers rely on.\nYou'll start your journey side-by-side with one of our experienced LPG engineers, learning the ropes on the job and sharpening your skills at a dedicated LPG training centre. Day-to-day, you’ll carry out routine maintenance, inspect equipment, and install everything from LPG vessels to pipework and accessories. You’ll also handle testing, purging, commissioning, and certifying - making sure each job is done safely and to the highest standard. It’s hands-on work, with some lifting involved (don’t worry, we’ll train you), and you’ll need to be confident reading installation plans and drawings.\nHere at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. Join Flogas and help us do energy right for the future.\nHere’s what you’ll be doing\nConduct routine maintenance and inspection work at Flogas customers premises & Flogas LPG sites\n\nCarry out on site installations of LPG Vessels, pipework, and auxiliary equipment at customer sites\n\nComplete all required testing, purging and commissioning of equipment & issuing of certification\n\nSome heavy manual handling required (training will be provided)\n\nAbility to follow installation drawings and plans\n\nWhat we’ll need from you\nHold a current UK category B driving licence (light vehicle up to 3.5 tonne)\n\nAbility to meet agreed deadlines and work overtime as required\n\nWilling to routinely work away from home Mon-Fri\n\nGood verbal and written communication & influencing skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a wider team\n\nSelf-motivated\n\nFull ACS Certification including Regulators, Meters and Vessels\n\nCurrent CSCS card\n\nWhat you’ll get from us\nYou matter.
