You'll take ownership of projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As part of DCC Energy, we combine the agility of a specialist renewable energy business with the strength and stability of an international energy group.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManaging the end-to-end delivery of commercial solar PV projects, including rooftop, ground-mount and carport installations.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project programmes, monitoring milestones, risks and critical paths to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nCoordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.\n\nManaging project budgets, controlling costs, monitoring variations and reporting financial performance to senior management.\n\nSupporting DNO applications and grid connection processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards including G98/G99, MCS and BS 7671.\n\nAppointing, managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and multi-disciplinary project teams.\n\nBuilding strong client relationships, leading project meetings and providing clear project updates throughout delivery.\n\nEnsuring full compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality across all project sites.\n\nConducting site inspections, audits, practical completions and reviewing RAMS to ensure safe working practices are maintained.\n\nWhat we’ll need from you\nEssential:\nProven project management experience within solar, renewable energy, electrical construction or a similar sector.\n\nStrong understanding of commercial solar PV systems and project delivery.\n\nExperience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multiple project sites.\n\nKnowledge of DNO grid application processes, including G98/G99 requirements.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and project management software.\n\nExcellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nDesirable:\nSMSTS qualification.\n\nIOSH or NEBOSH certification.\n\nElectrical background, including 18th Edition qualification.\n\nDegree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.\n\nExperience of battery storage or EV charging integration projects.\n\nWhy join Centreco?\nAt Centreco, you'll be part of a business that's driving the transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy solutions.
