In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of key client portfolios, ensuring utility data is accurately captured, validated and reported. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, budgeting and insight, helping organisations make informed decisions about their utility usage and expenditure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced utilities professional who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and building strong client relationships.\nWhat you'll be doing\nTaking full ownership of assigned key client portfolios, ensuring the ongoing accuracy, integrity and completeness of utility data.\nCollecting, validating and processing energy, water and utility billing data, alongside other cost-related information where required.\nIdentifying, investigating and resolving data anomalies, missing consumption information and billing discrepancies.\nMaintaining client portfolios within relevant technology platforms to support reporting, validation and budgeting activities.\nProducing and delivering monthly and ad hoc client reports in line with agreed service levels and deadlines.\nManaging day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.\nBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with utility suppliers and managing queries through to resolution.\nSupporting KPI tracking and departmental reporting to provide visibility of client performance and delivery.\nTraining and supporting new and existing team members where required.\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and undertaking additional projects as assigned.\nWhat we'll need from you\nPrevious experience working within a Utility Broker, Energy Consultancy or Utilities Management environment.\nStrong understanding of utility data, billing, consumption reporting and energy management processes.\nExperience managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality reporting within agreed timescales.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and suppliers.\nHigh levels of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.\nAbility to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.\nExperience using Systems Link would be highly advantageous.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service\nWhy join Equity Energies?\nAt Equity Energies, our people are at the heart of our success.
