Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and support essential office admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and driving a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System. With responsibilities ranging from data input in Maximo to supporting vehicle loading and acting as an emergency controller, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.\nHere at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. Join Flogas and help us do energy right for the future.\nHere’s what you’ll be doing\nEffectively supervise the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements.\n\nSupport safe management in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and drive a safety culture.\n\nEnsure compliance with company processes and procedures relating to stocks and financial controls within the operating system (CODAS).\n\nDaily use and data inputting within Maximo\n\nComply with Flogas operating procedures and work instructions.\n\nSupervise and direct Yard Hands.\n\nWhat we’ll need from you\nHold a full driving licence.\n\nMust be flexible and willing to work additional hours.\n\nAbility to work in a team or on own initiative.\n\nProfessional and positive attitude.\n\nMust be committed to providing excellent customer service.\n\nHonest and trustworthy.\n\nMust be computer literate.\n\nMust have a positive attitude towards safety.\n\nWhat you’ll get from us\nYou matter.
