This is an exciting opportunity to shape the in-store customer experience, drive commercial performance and deliver innovative retail solutions across our network.\nThe Role\nYou will lead store refits, category management and retail initiatives, working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to maximise sales, profitability and return on investment.\nKey responsibilities include:\nStore Development: Lead retail refits and development projects, ensuring layouts, ranges and store environments align with our segmentation strategy.\nRetail Partnerships: Build and manage strong supplier and retail partnerships to deliver range development, promotions and innovation projects.\nCommercial Negotiation: Negotiate manufacturer trade agreements to maximise rebates and deliver commercial value.\nCategory Management: Develop and implement planograms aligned to our segmentation strategy, supported by biannual range reviews.\nPricing & Promotions: Work closely with Finance to optimise retail pricing, analyse promotional performance and maximise profit contribution.\n Innovation & Growth: Develop unmanned retail solutions to complement our foreign exchange (FX) network and deliver retail templates across all Mobility divisions.\n Financial Performance: Take accountability for return on capital employed (ROCE) across store refit projects and profit before interest and tax (PBIT) uplift from promotional activity.\nProject Delivery: Conduct in-store visits to support implementation, monitor progress and keep internal and external stakeholders informed.\nMarketing & Communication: Partner with Marketing to ensure consistent and effective customer messaging across projects and promotions.\nHealth & Safety: Work with the Health & Safety Business Partner to secure project sign-off and champion a positive, safety-first culture.\nPersonal Development: Take ownership of your ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous improvement.\nAbout You\nYou’re an accomplished retail professional with a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nYou will bring:\nProven retail expertise, ideally with experience working for a major retail brand.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.\nExcellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.\nThe ability to work independently while contributing proactively to a wider team.\nAdvanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a diplomatic approach to managing competing priorities.\nA proactive, can-do attitude, high levels of personal motivation and a focus on results.\nA degree-level qualification, preferably, or equivalent relevant experience.\nWhat We
