Your role is to enable technical excellence and remove friction, not simply coordinate delivery.\nYou will:\nMentor Staff Engineers, Tech Leads, and Senior Engineers\n\nUnblock complex technical problems\n\nDrive strong engineering decisions across the team\n\nBuild and Scale Backend Systems\nFloQast operates a large-scale SaaS platform used by thousands of companies and millions of financial workflows.\nYou will help the team design and operate:\nDistributed backend services\n\nScalable data pipelines\n\nHighly reliable production systems\n\nAPIs and services powering accounting automation\n\nBuild AI-Powered Product Capabilities\nFloQast is moving aggressively toward AI-native product development.\nYour team will build:\nAI-driven workflow automation\n\nIntelligent agents operating across accounting processes\n\nSystems that integrate LLM reasoning with financial data models\n\nDrive AI-First Development\nAI coding tools are not optional here.
