our platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies for distributed cloud applications.\n\nDefine performance goals, SLAs, and success criteria for critical platform services and customer-facing applications.\n\nBuild and maintain automated performance testing frameworks and pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.\n\nAnalyze application, database, API, and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.\n\nCollaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, and SRE teams to improve system scalability, resiliency, and efficiency.\n\nConduct capacity planning exercises and provide data-driven recommendations for infrastructure scaling.\n\nCreate performance dashboards, monitoring solutions, and reports to provide visibility into system health and trends.\n\nValidate performance impacts of new features, architecture changes, and production releases.\n\nLead root cause analysis for performance-related incidents and proactively identify areas for improvement.\n\nMentor engineers and establish performance engineering best practices across the organization.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, Performance Testing, or Site Reliability Engineering.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as:\n\nJMeter\n\nGatling\n\nLoadRunner\n\nk6\n\nLocust\n\nExperience testing high-scale SaaS platforms, web applications, APIs, and microservices architectures.\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nDistributed systems\n\nCloud-native architectures\n\nPerformance tuning methodologies\n\nScalability patterns\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.\n\nProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning concepts.\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Splunk, or similar.\n\nExperience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication
