Flora Co. is a flowers, roses and plants retail company based in Kuwait. We are hiring a remote sales and customer service representative in Egypt to handle our customers on WhatsApp. Responsibilities: Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp quickly and politely Convince customers and close sales Follow up with hesitant customers until they order Take orders and confirm delivery details Handle questions and complaints Working hours: 9 hours daily, Kuwait time Salary: 15,000 EGP per month + commission on every order. The more you sell, the more you earn. Requirements Excellent communication and listening skills. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
