In your first year, you will drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Food Services and HoReCa sectors, contributing significantly to the West region’s performance and Flora Food Group’s national footprint. This role is key to expanding our presence in Medan, a high-value market with strong demand for quality food products. By optimizing sales strategies and enhancing distribution, you will help kitchens across the region serve better food every day. Your work ensures that our products reach more tables, supporting chefs and operators who rely on our trusted ingredients.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with distributor and accounts to meet their evolving needs.
• Drive sales by presenting and promoting Flora Food Group products to existing and new customers in Food Services and HoReCa.
• Analyse market potential and sales data to identify opportunities and report on trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Implement best practices in FMCG sales, including pricing strategies and trade promotions, to optimize market performance.

Performance

You will own the achievement of driving a significant contribution to both the West region and the national business performance. Your data-driven approach will ensure distributor management and sales targets are met on schedule. By continuously analysing performance and market feedback, you will deliver measurable growth and strengthen Flora Food Group’s competitive position.

This role reports directly to the regional sales leadership and works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and customer service. You will foster long-term partnerships with customers and distributors, ensuring sustainable business practices that benefit communities and kitchens alike. Your ability to build productive relationships and respond to feedback shows your commitment to continuous improvement. You are motivated by results and understand how your role impacts kitchens and consumers.

You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
