This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers and their open receivables, determining the validity of deductions, and managing both authorized and unauthorized deductions.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of settlements.\nObtain and verify documentation supporting deductions.\nIdentify and analyze trends in deductions, such as shortages and pricing issues.\nManage and review deduction balances, ensuring proper documentation is received.\nResearch credit balances and collect repayment for unauthorized deductions.\nMonitor and report on repayment status.\nDevelop solutions to reduce and prevent future deductions.\nIdentify deduction trends by customer and ensure compliance with write-off policies.\nSupport the team manager in reviewing KPIs and providing updates.\nDrive process change and improvements within the deduction area.\nCollaborate with internal departments and external customers.\nSupport internal and external audit processes.\nPerform additional tasks and projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nExperience in accounts receivable or deductions management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nAbility to work collaboratively and drive process improvements.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nFluency in English and Spanish is preferred.\nWe understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
