SUMMARY: Collects cut mosaic pieces after the cutting and dryer stages, assembles them on template plates before gluing, and manually packs finished mosaic sheets. Rotates between assembly and end of line packing stations and supports material replenishment and general production activities under the direction of the Coordinator ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect cut mosaic pieces after cutting and drying and transfer them to the assembly station without damaging edges. Arrange mosaic pieces on template plates according to the specified pattern, orientation, spacing, product, and shade. Check for chipped, broken, missing, or incorrectly positioned pieces and correct the assembly before it enters the gluing machine. Feed prepared template plates to the gluing machine according to the established operating sequence. Rotate with end of line operators to collect finished mosaic sheets, check visible quality and sheet completeness, and manually place sheets into cartons. Use the required carton, sheet count, protective materials, and product identification; report or segregate defective sheets according to department procedures.
