If you’re ready to grow your career with a company that values your contributions, we encourage you to apply today.\nPosition Summary\nThe Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and specifying Florida Tile products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, designers, and other industry professionals. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and serving as a trusted business consultant to customers within the assigned territory.\nIn addition to sales development, the Outside Sales Representative will manage merchandising efforts, provide technical product knowledge, monitor market trends, and support customers in achieving sales success and market growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers, and other target customers\n\nMeet and exceed monthly sales goals to support annual revenue objectives\n\nSet up, maintain, and update product displays as needed\n\nSuccessfully launch new products and company programs within the territory\n\nMonitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and communicate market insights to branch leadership\n\nIdentify, prospect, qualify, and establish new customer accounts\n\nAddress and resolve product-related concerns in accordance with company guidelines\n\nUtilize and maintain working knowledge of SAP systems\n\nCoordinate with branch management to ensure adequate product sample inventory\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nMinimum of 3 years of direct sales experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred\n\nStrong computer proficiency\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision\n\nAbility to analyze market conditions, forecast sales trends, and identify growth opportunities\n\nExperience developing and executing annual business plans\n\nWillingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory\n\nBenefits\nFlorida Tile offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the diverse needs of our employees, including:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)\n\nEmployee Wellness Program\n\nCompany-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability\n\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance\n\nSupplemental Life, AD&D, Accident, and Critical Illness Coverage\n\n401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match\n\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nFlorida Tile is committed to fostering a workplace built on fairness, respect, and equal opportunity.
