impact.\nTranslate operational and business workflows into scalable digital products.\nWork closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality features.\n\nCross-Functional Ownership: \nAct as the bridge between business, operations, supply chain, and tech teams.\nGather requirements from on-ground teams and convert them into clear product solutions.\nDrive execution across teams and ensure initiatives go live successfully.\nProactively identify problems and take ownership to solve them.\n\nCustomer and Funnel Optimization: \nUnderstand customer journeys across discovery, quoting, ordering, and installation.\nIdentify friction points and improve conversion across the funnel.\nWork on pricing, quote-to-order conversion, and scheduling flows.\nBuild and track dashboards for key product and business metrics.\n\nGrowth and Performance Marketing Support: \nWork closely with the marketing team to improve acquisition and conversion funnels.\nAnalyze campaign performance and landing page metrics.\nSuggest product and UX improvements to drive better ROI.\n\nRequirements: \n1-4 years (BTech from IIT) with experience in product, consulting, analytics, or fast-paced startups.\nExtremely smart, proactive, and high-ownership mindset.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nComfortable working with both business teams and engineers.\nGood product sense, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.\nAbility to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.\n\nIdeal Candidate Traits: \nFounder-like attitude: takes responsibility without being
