FloSports is creating the home for college conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling, and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!\nTHE ROLE:\nFloSports is currently looking for an Ad Sales Strategist to work within our sales & partnerships division developing custom, 360 programs for the company’s advertising partners. This position will be responsible for creating integrated campaigns that meet the needs of existing and potential partners and include sponsorships, experiential, branded content and media.\nThe Sales Strategist will be tasked with developing compelling, custom data-backed partnerships to maximize revenue and drive client retention.\nCreating collateral, developing custom programs/solutions, forecasting inventory, building media plans, and sourcing pertinent data to meet the specific KPIs of each partner.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLeverage industry and internal knowledge to bridge FloSports’ creative capabilities and offerings to our prospects marketing objectives\n\nLead the entire RFP process from intake + initial brainstorm to final submission and any subsequent revisions\n\nMaintain solid knowledge of industry standards, and proactively seek out new media and sponsorship opportunities across FloSports, leveraging market research and competitive analysis\n\nDevelop RFP responses, leveraging target market research data, performance data, custom mocks, and effective storytelling to deliver a custom program that meets client needs\n\nLeverage 1st and 3rd party data sources to help drive client conversations forward and enhance sales materials\n\nMaintain knowledge of FloSports internal content offerings ranging from O&O Events, activations, podcasts/shows and content executions/plans\n\nWork directly with the Integrated Partnerships sales team to generate proactive collateral for clients and agencies, including but not limited to: case studies, one-sheets, media kits, 101 decks, custom pitch decks, etc.\n\nLeverage design knowledge for development of sales assets and proposal presentations\n\nAct as the liaison between the sales org and multiple departments including content, marketing, design, production vetting and brainstorming advertising solutions\n\nUtilize sales lead generation platforms to identify partner prospects and leads for sales team\n\nGenerate media plans, recommending ad placements and content channels based on client’s campaign objectives\n\nAssist in the development of media, branded content and sponsorship pricing\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\n2-4 years of experience within sport industry around sponsorship development, sales strategy development and digital media\n\nDemonstrate the ability to develop creative ideas and solutions\n\nKnowledgeable in the sports sponsorship industry, with insights into recent spending trends and opportunities\n\nExperienced in proposing, planning, evaluating, or pitching marketing campaigns\n\nExperienced using 3rd party audience measurement platforms (comScore, Nielson, Quantcast, Google Analytics, etc.)\n\nExperience in proposal building and layout (Canva, PPT, Google Slides, etc.)\n\nWell-versed in digital media marketing platforms, including social, display, native, OTT and video\n\nHigh level of attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nTech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment\n\nBe responsive to respectful, constructive criticism\n\nCrystal clear communication skills\n\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint)\n\nOUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY:\nFloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
