The role combines proactive maintenance, infrastructure support, end-user support and basic communications engineering. Travel across the south-west of England is required, with a company van provided for business use.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUndertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites as required.\nProvide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools.\nPerform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities.\nSupport Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies.\nAssist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting.\nMaintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA.\nSupport project delivery, installations and technology refresh programs.\nAct as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor.\nTravel Requirements:\nRegular travel to partner locations as required, primarily from the Plymouth office base, using a company-provided van.\nFull driving license required.\nCompany van provided for business travel.\nThe van is to be used in line with Flotek company vehicle policies.\nOccasional overnight stays may be required.\nAbout you:\nEssential Skills & Experience:\n3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering.\nStrong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.\nWindows desktop and server support experience.\nKnowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.\nNetworking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls.\nExcellent communications and documentation skills.\nDesirable Skills:\nVoIP and hosted telephony experience.\nExperience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms.\nTicketing system experience.\nCyber security awareness and best-practice knowledge.\nBenefits:\nBirthday day off.\nAdditional day off for personal life milestones.\n\"Give Back Day\" for supporting a charity of your choice.\nPerkbox discounts.\nCompany van provided for business use.\nRegular social events and team-building opportunities.\nCareer growth pathways into senior communications or network engineering.\nDue to the nature of the role the company will not be able to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance so candidates must already reside in the UK.\nPlease click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this role.\nCandidates with the experience or relevant job titles of;
