We're a values-led business, and our people are at the centre of everything we do.\nAbout The Role:\nWe're looking for a highly accurate individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a fast pace of work. You will play a key role in supporting our Engineers ensuring the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish. Excellent communication is essential as you'll need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for coordinating stock and documentation as well as managing engineers' diaries to schedule installations.\nDay-to-day activities include:\nRaising and managing purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects\nAnswering incoming calls to the Projects queue\nManaging all incoming and outgoing stock\nCoordinating engineer documentation - permits, job packs and completion photos\nScheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects\nWorking closely with the Billing and Finance team to meet strict invoicing deadlines and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time\nScheduling deliveries and site access for Engineering\nProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team Managers\nSkills / Experience:\nMicrosoft office including Excel - knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions\nPrevious use of CRM/PSA software\nExperience in a similar role within the data cabling, IT or telecoms industry (preferred)\nStock management\nBenefits:\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nStaff Share Equity Scheme - your piece of the \"Purple Pie\"\n21 Days Holiday increasing to 25 with 4 years of service (+ bank holidays)\nYour birthday off\nDue to the nature of the role the company will not be able to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance so candidates must already reside in the UK.\nPlease click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this role.\nCandidates with the experience or relevant job titles of;
