You will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of professional print solutions, ensuring that every project is executed to the Flotek standard. Your responsibilities will include not only maintaining and exceeding established service benchmarks, but also actively identifying opportunities for process improvement.\nCollaboration is at the heart of this role, you will work in close partnership with the Managed Print Service Manager, your expertise and proactive approach will help shape the future of our managed print services, ensuring our partners consistently receive exceptional support and value.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReporting to the Managed Print Service Manager\nStay updated on industry trends and Flotek technologies\nResponsible for giving world-class service at all times\nResponsible for delivering your Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget\nResponsible for communicating with clients and internal project managers\nHands-on and remote technical troubleshooting\nCreating and maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure effective handover to our support teams\nDeliver product training to end users as well as internally at Flotek\nInstallation of 3rd party software applications to partner PC and server devices\nEnsure effectiveness of print management reporting applications at partner sites\nMentor and support the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers\nWhat we're looking for:\nA positive attitude with a can do approach to everything!\nExcellent communication skills\nPrevious experience in a managed print delivery / service role in a technology business\nGreat technical ability to diagnose faults accurately and efficiently\nExperience in using a CRM to log installation / service notes\nBe partner focused to understand and identify user needs\nExperience of Konica Minolta and Lexmark desirable\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively\nExcellent external partner liaison skills\nAbility to prioritise personal workload\nHappy to travel to partner sites over the UK\nFull UK Driving Licence\nBenefits:\nSalary dependent on experience within range of £26,000 -
