We offer an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.\nAbout the Job:\nWe are actively hiring a Research Assistant to support our Crystal River, Florida site.\n\nShift: Monday-Friday regular business hours\nLocation: Onsite\nFLSA Classification: Non-Exempt\nEssential Job Functions:\nSupport CRCs and site staff with protocol-specified patient visits and procedures, which may include, but not limited to, phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG, etc.\nDocument assessments and study data per regs/GCP\nObtain and document informed consent following federal regulations and IRB guidelines\nSupport patient recruitment efforts and scheduling to meet enrollment goals\nMaintain accurate source documentation and complete case report forms (CRFs)\nReport adverse events to supervisors or investigators as needed\nHelp manage study supplies, lab kits, and other trial materials\nMaintain confidentiality and follow all applicable compliance and ethical standards\nCommunicate effectively with research team members and document relevant study communications\nRepresent Flourish Research professionally in all interactions\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\nPhysical Requirements And/or Environmental Factors:\nRole may require flexible hours to support clinical schedules and site leadership. \nDaily computer use. \nAbility to sit or stand at computer for extended periods of time. \nAbility to drive and daily availability of an automobile. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree preferred, but not required\nClinical research experience is required, and oncology clinical research experience is preferred\nMinimum of two years of clinical research experience\nClinical skills preferred: vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, and injections\nFamiliar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform\nA clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations\nImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sources\nAn ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest, detail-oriented, and self-driven\nHigh-level critical thinking skills\nWorking knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage procedures\nProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.\nBenefits\nFlourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include:\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with a 100% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, employee referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and a generous PTO plan covering vacation, sick, personal days and 8 paid holidays.\nFlourish Research is an equal employment opportunity employer.
