This role ensures that all electrical components, wiring, and control systems are installed according to schematics, company standards, and customer requirements. The position also provides technical guidance to assembly personnel and supports the successful completion of production projects through electrical expertise and troubleshooting.\nKey Responsibilities\nElectrical Assembly & Wiring\nDetermine electrical wiring requirements for vacuum systems, air compressor systems, and containerized equipment packages.\nInstall, route, and terminate electrical wiring for motors, pumps, controllers, and other system components.\nFabricate, bend, and install electrical conduit and associated hardware.\nMount and wire electrical panels, control systems, sensors, and instrumentation.\nPerform electrical wiring and installation within custom containers and packaged systems, including routing conduit, installing control panels, and integrating equipment within the container structure.\nEnsure all wiring and installations comply with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and customer specifications.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nPerform electrical and operational testing of completed systems using schematics, testing procedures, and company checklists.\nVerify proper functionality of motors, pumps, control panels, safety circuits, and control devices.\nIdentify and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testing phases.\nDocument test results and ensure systems meet Air Energy Group and customer requirements.\nTechnical Support & Collaboration\nInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.\nProvide technical guidance and support to production and assembly personnel during system builds.\nAssist engineering and production teams in resolving electrical design or assembly issues.\nRecommend improvements to wiring practices, testing procedures, or electrical components.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical safety standards.\nMaintain organized and safe work areas.\nEnsure proper grounding, circuit protection, and safe electrical installation practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
