(Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)\n2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or industrial sales experience\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nExperience in industrial products (e.g., MRO,
