Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue targets.o Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.\nProposal Development: o Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.o Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and precise responses to client inquiries.\nAchieve Sales Targets: o Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.o Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales performance and opportunities.\nIndustry Networking: o Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Pioneer Industrial's products and services.o Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and key decision-makers.\nQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).• Proven track record in industrial sales, with a focus on similar product categories.• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office
