field, preferably within the automation/ industrial electronic repair industry\nHave a solid understanding of local area networking and territory management, including concepts and standards needed to sell and manage electronic repair and equipment sales. \n Excellent communication and presentation skills\n Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and applications\n Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for customers\n Experience identifying customer needs and proposing technical solutions\n Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a plus for Salesforce experience.\n Passion for sales and a commitment to achieving results\n Self-motivated with a results-driven approach\n Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on industry trends\n Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, fulfillment, or food processing companies a plus\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience\nTravel: Ability to travel by vehicle daily and overnight 15%-30% in the U.S. assigned territory as needed to meet growth and customer
