Associated activities will include, but not be limited to:\nLead investigations and drive resolutions of quality issues.\nServe as the primary point of contact for third-party quality audit services.\nDevelop and lead Pioneer-wide product recall program.\nMentors, coaches, trains, and develops Pioneer leadership and Quality plant personnel on quality programs and initiatives.\nFunctions as the Subject Matter Expert on quality and processes, including, regulatory codes, auditing, manufacturing, and critical/preventive control points.\nServe as the primary quality point of contact and information resource for internal employees, customers, vendors and regulatory bodies.\nLeverage analytical skillset to support and track quality initiatives.\nAssist in planning for capital projects or operational changes and expansions. Establish new KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of procedural and equipment changes.\nResponsible for setting process and quality standards to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with Pioneer’s sales teams to manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to quality and safety.
