Responsibilities:\nPurchase Orders Generation:\nCreate and issue purchase orders based on requisitions raised by the service and project teams (Extra PRs) for projects such as SP, STP, WTP, HPN, and RO.\nMonitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.\nCoordinate with suppliers to confirm the availability of materials, ensuring no disruption in the supply chain.\nEnsure that all purchases meet the required quality standards and specifications.\nInventory Management & Stock Monitoring:\nMonitor stock levels regularly and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted material supply.\nMaintain and update records of inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely data input into inventory management systems.\nCost Management & Budgeting:\nAssist in budgeting and cost management by identifying cost-effective purchasing options and alternatives.\nMaintain records of all purchases, associated costs and expenses to ensure procurement is optimised.\nCross-Department Collaboration:\nWork closely with internal departments such as logistics, accounts and production to align on purchasing needs, timelines, and project requirements.\nCoordinate for daily auto planning, ensuring that the procurement needs of the production and service teams are met without delays.\nVendor Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.\nCommunicate effectively with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchases, deliveries, or quality.\nManage vendor relations and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.\nRecords & Documentation:\nEnsure accurate maintenance of all purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts and goods receipt notes (GRN) in the system.\nEnsure the proper documentation and record-keeping of procurement activities to maintain compliance and transparency.\nProblem Resolution & Support:\nProvide support in resolving supply chain-related issues, including product defects or any disruption in procurement processes.\nCollaborate with internal teams to find quick solutions for supply chain challenges.\nSystem Usage & Reporting:\nMake Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and maintain all necessary documents in the procurement software/system.\nTrack and report procurement activities, highlighting any
