You will own services and infrastructure that let “agentic systems engineers” and product teams rely on Flow in their day-to-day work.\nYou will join a small, senior, high-ownership team that values speed, ownership, and strong fundamentals: ship v1s quickly, learn, and iterate.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, build, and operate backend services and platform primitives that support complex engineering workflows and collaboration at scale.\n\nScale Flow from thousands of users to hundreds of thousands, improving performance, reliability, observability, and security across the stack.\n\nOwn and evolve CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and internal tooling so the team can ship quickly and safely.\n\nCollaborate with frontend and AI engineers to define APIs, data models, and integration points that are robust and easy to evolve.\n\nContribute to architectural decisions and technical direction as the product and customer base grow.\n\nAbout you\n3+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS or GCP).\n\nStrong understanding of systems design, distributed systems, reliability, observability, and security best practices.\n\nExperience with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tooling (e.g., Docker, Terraform, or similar).\n\nComfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment and making pragmatic tradeoffs under ambiguity.\n\nCollaborative, low-ego, and excited to work closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams.\n\nOur stack (infra-leaning)\nTypeScript, Node.js, and React on the application side (with a strong bias toward type safety).\n\nPostgres and other managed cloud services for persistence and messaging.\n\nContainers, Terraform (or similar), and a
