optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution across various channels, working closely with the Distribution Manager and Revenue Management team\nLead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, empowerment, and continuous improvement\nCollaborate with Assistant Managers to develop and deliver personalized, memorable experiences for our guests, driving engagement and loyalty\nManage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to ensure the property meets or exceeds financial targets\nOversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, working with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities, amenities, and guest rooms are in excellent condition\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, corporate housing providers, and local community partners\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations\nAnalyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results\nStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the guest experience\nIdeal Background\n7-10+ years of experience in hospitality management with a proven track record of success in leading properties with multiple asset classes (hotel, F&B, retail etc)\nStrong business acumen with expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial management\nExceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management systems and revenue management software\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as
