JOB DESCRIPTION Amsterdam Technology Data Flow Traders runs on data. Trading, research, finance, and operations all depend on reliable numbers and a clear understanding of what those numbers mean. Today, business teams bring questions and project ideas to our BI and FP&A specialists, but there is a gap between business intent and the specific, measurable requirements needed to deliver effective solutions. This can result in projects starting without a clear definition of ROI and KPIs lacking clear business ownership. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge this gap by translating business needs into actionable requirements, challenging business cases before they become projects, and establishing clear KPI definitions and ownership. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project management, BI, and FP&A to ensure initiatives are properly defined, prioritized, and measured against their expected returns. This is an advisory role where you will act as an internal consultant, expected to form independent views, challenge weak reasoning, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
