We value quick-witted, creative minds and challenge them to make full use of their capabilities.\nWhat you will do\nHR Generalist & People Partnering\nServe as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for employees and managers\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation\nSupport relocation, visa, work permit, recruitment, engagement, and organizational change activities\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, data privacy requirements, and HR best practices\nHR Systems, Migration & Process Improvement\nPartner with IT, HR stakeholders, and vendors to improve HR technology, processes, and the overall employee experience\nTranslate business and HR needs into clear data, reporting, workflow, and system requirements\nSupport HCM implementation activities, including system upgrades, testing, data migration, configuration, documentation, and user adoption\nLead and contribute to process improvement, automation, and HR technology projects\nData, Analytics & Insights\nMaintain accurate employee data and ensure data integrity across HRIS and related systems\nCollaborate with other HR team members to create HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions\nTranslate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights and compelling data stories\nPresent workforce data, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making\nApply advanced Excel skills, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation with data visualization tools\nWhat you need to succeed\nBackground & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field\n6+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment\nStrong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes\nHR Systems & Migration\nTechnology-oriented mindset with hands-on experience using HRIS, HCM, reporting, or workflow systems\nExperience with HCM implementation, HR system transformation, or system integration (highly desirable)\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical data, process, and system solutions\nData, Analytics & Insights\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nExperience presenting workforce data and people analytics to senior leadership and influencing decision-making\nStrong analytical ability, with high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality\nWays of Working\nStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nProactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution\nCommitment to continuous improvement\nWhat we offer\nAt Flow Traders, we create the conditions for hard-working, high-performing people to do their best work.
