A successful candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for both current and prospective employees.\nWhat you will do\nSupport the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and related documentation\nMaintain up to date records in our HRIS system and applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)\nManage Learning & Development program administration\nPrepare monthly reports and fulfill any ad-hoc reporting requests\nManage recruitment logistics, including posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process\nPlan and represent Flow Traders at campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and competitions\nDevelop and execute campus marketing initiatives to strengthen Flow Traders’ employment brand through university partnerships \nAssist the team with daily operations and ad-hoc employee request\nContribute to team projects, process improvements, and data-driven analyses\nWhat you need to succeed\nBachelor’s degree, preferred\n1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment coordination\nProficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables)\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems and HRIS, a plus\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, hiring teams, and external partners\nAbility to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality work\nHighly organized, structured and meticulous with an exceptionally high attention to detail\nStrong prioritization and time-management skills\nAbility to take initiative and effectively use existing resources to work independently\nSelf-motivated and possesses a strong desire to succeed\nAbility and willingness to travel for campus recruitment events, as needed\nAt Flow Traders, we acknowledge the importance of open and transparent communication whether it be with our employees, our stakeholders, or our local and global communities. Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution. \nPer NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $80,000 to 95,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.\nFlow Traders does not accept unsolicited resumes from any professional staffing or search firms.
