This is an entry-level opportunity for a student who would like to gain practical experience in HR operations within a professional and international environment. requests.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport onboarding and relocation administration, including drafting contracts, updating new hire trackers, following up on missing information, supporting first-day onboarding actions, and helping with relocation coordination.\nAssist with HR administration such as drafting employer statements and change letters, checking holiday balance, tracking sick leave, and responding to employee queries.\nHelp keep employee files and HR records accurate, complete, and well organised.\nSupport HR data quality and compliance-related activities, including consistency checks, document cleanup, visa tracking, family leave tracking, and filing activities.\nAssist with HR process improvements, updates to internal HR resources, backlog reduction, and selected employee initiatives.\nWho You Are\nYou are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources.\nYou are accurate, organised, and able to work with confidential information.\nYou are proactive, reliable, and comfortable following up on routine tasks and open actions.\nYou have clear written and verbal communication skills in English.\nYou are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn HR systems and document management tools.\nPrevious office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.\nWhat You Will Gain\nHands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.\nExposure to onboarding, relocation, HR
