Join us as we continue to expand and make an impact on the future of bidding and proposal management.\nRole purpose\nDrive and support the company’s ongoing journey within data, digitalisation, automation and business intelligence.\nThe role combines data analysis, business process improvement, HubSpot development, automation and systems integration. Working closely with Management and teams across the organisation, the role helps turn business needs and data into better processes, improved efficiency and stronger decision-making.\nAs the main resource in this area, the role offers significant autonomy to identify opportunities, develop initiatives and shape its own agenda, while working in close alignment with Management and the company’s strategic priorities.\nKey responsibilities\nData & Business Intelligence\nDevelop and improve dashboards, reporting and BI solutions to support Management and business decision-making.\n\nAnalyse business data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.\n\nEstablish reliable reporting and data structures across key business areas.\n\nIdentify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement through data.\n\nSupport Management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision support.\n\nHubSpot & Business Processes\nDevelop and continuously improve HubSpot as a key business platform.\n\nDesign and optimise workflows, processes, automations and reporting within HubSpot.\n\nImprove data quality, structures and processes across the CRM.\n\nWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to further digitalise and streamline processes across sales, marketing, customer and other business functions.\n\nAutomation & Digitalisation\nIdentify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes that could benefit from automation.\n\nDesign and implement automated workflows and solutions across the business.\n\nContinuously evaluate opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency through technology.\n\nSupport the organisation in adopting new digital tools and ways of working.\n\nSystems & Integrations\nDevelop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal and external software systems.\n\nWork with APIs, integration platforms and data flows to connect systems and reduce manual data handling.\n\nHelp ensure data is consistent, accessible and reliable across different platforms.\n\nCollaborate with external software providers and internal stakeholders on system improvements and integrations.\n\nCollaboration & Business Support\nWork closely with Management to understand priorities, challenges and opportunities where data and technology can create value.\n\nCollaborate with teams across the company to map processes, understand requirements and implement improvements.\n\nProactively identify opportunities rather than working solely from predefined requirements.\n\nCommunicate insights and technical solutions in a clear and business-oriented way.\n\nRole characteristics\nThis is a broad and hands-on role sitting at the intersection of Data, Technology, Operations and Business.\nWhile working closely with Management and other teams, the role has the freedom to identify areas for improvement, propose initiatives and shape its own roadmap.
