As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.\nRole\nThe Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach. The ideal candidate will build the top of our sales funnel and contribute to our Go-To-Market team’s success by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects. As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.\nResponsibilities \nDriving growth for the business by partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the Flowcode solution to key customers\nResearch and identify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and HubSpot etc.\nInitiate contact with prospects, build rapport, and communicate our product’s value effectively\nAssess prospect needs and qualify leads for handoff to Account Executives\nLog interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM to ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team\nGather feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies\nQualifications\n1+ years in a sales, customer service, agency, or BDR role, ideally in marketing/advertising or technology.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills as well as qualification skills to effectively speak to customers \nHighly motivated by goals and KPIs, with a track record of meeting targets\nStrong prospecting and lead generation skills\nStrong track record using effective time management and organizational skills to approach each day\nComfortable using CRM software and sales enablement tools\nExperience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities\nProven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals\nThis is an in-office role at our beautiful office in Soho, NYC.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
