You will play a key role in shaping trading strategies, ensuring governance and compliance, and managing the daily operational activities of the trading team. \nYour ability to manage risk, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and foster strong client relationships will be essential to the success of our trading operations in Singapore.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage trading routes for efficiency and profitability.\nEstablish and maintain automation structure and routes.\nEnforce transaction authorization policies and document optimized trading processes.\nOversee tools and external service providers.\nImplement automation and system integration, and advanced monitoring for market making and OTC derivatives activities.\nFacilitate critical communication and workflow alignment between the APAC trading desk, global engineering, risk management, and compliance teams.\nProvide operational tools for efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\nBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).\nStrong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues (spot/derivatives), OMS/EMS, FIX/REST/WebSocket APIs, and blockchain fundamentals (wallets, custody, fees, confirmations).\nExcellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry.\nExperience building operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows; familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD is advantageous.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nRegulatory/compliance exposure highly desirable (KYC/AML, Travel Rule, market abuse surveillance, licensing regimes).\nWillingness to cover rotational shifts or on-call as needed for market hours and incident response.\nPreferred\nPython skills (data wrangling, automation, monitoring, and reconciliation tooling).\nProficiency with SQL.\nPerson Profile\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven; able to improve and document controls and procedures.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment; sound judgment under pressure and strong ownership mindset.\nCompany Culture & Values\nTake Action & Own the Mission\nBe of Service & Contribute\nInnovate, Create Value, & Be Courageous\nAct with Integrity & Respect\n\nBenefits\nInternational environment (English is the main language)\n100% health coverage\nTeam events and offsites\nCompany Pension scheme\nLearning and Development budget\nRecruitment Process\nOur process is consistent across all roles and is designed to assess genuine technical depth.
