Our Secure Engineering team designs, builds, and owns the platforms and configuration that the wider IT estate runs on, security-first. It is a small team: what you build, the rest of IT operates.\nYou will work as part of the secure engineering team, configuring and maintaining IT systems across the organisation - identity, endpoint, networking, backup, workflow automations, and SaaS enterprise platforms. It suits someone who can run projects end to end with minimal input from senior management, while keeping IT Operations and the rest of the team in the loop.\nConfigure and maintain IT systems across the organisation, working within the team's core enterprise cloud-native IT platforms as part of the secure engineering team\nSource and evaluate new tooling: run vendor assessments, propose solution designs and bring in what the business needs\nOwn the lifecycle of existing vendor products operations: day to day operations, maintenance and upgrades, deployments and migrations \nRun your own projects with a good degree of autonomy, keeping senior management informed and looping them in where their input adds value\nTake part in an IT on-call rota and ticket queue management\nProvide IT support to other departments as needed\nRequirements\nMust Have\n5+ years' experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role, ideally in SaaS-heavy, regulated environments\nWorking knowledge of modern IT stacks in regulated environments, particularly SaaS, identity, office networking and endpoint platforms\nExperience owning vendor products internally: evaluation, architecture design, IT product/application ownership, BAU operation and maintenance, product support.\nAble to work autonomously and see projects through with minimal senior management input, while remaining collaborative with the wider team\nComfortable in a small, high-ownership team\nPreferred\nExperience in financial services or crypto / digital assets\nFamiliarity with office collaboration suites, VDI, Zero Trust, perimeter, data and identity security best practices.\nExperience with ITSM / change tooling (JSM or similar), ideally with workflow automation\nPerson Profile\nCurious and autonomous\nHighly motivated and results-driven\nStrong logical and analytical skills\nAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment\nProfessional proficiency in English\nCustomer-service oriented\nCompany Culture & Values\nTake Action & Own the Mission\nBe of Service & Contribute\nInnovate, Create Value, & Be Courageous\nAct with Integrity & Respect\nBenefits\nComprehensive health insurance including dental, vision, and life, alongside a 401(k) program.\n10 business days of remote work from anywhere per year, granted upon successful completion of the probation period.\nRecruitment Process\nOur process is designed to assess genuine technical depth and ownership.
