You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and origination (sales)and own how we focus marketing on the accounts that matter most to our growth. You’ll turn our ideal customer profiles into clear priorities and actionable plans, and you’ll play a crucial part in shaping how we drive account engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.\nWhy this role matters right now:we’re scaling fast, and we have a big opportunity to become more proactive and systematic in how we engage strategic accounts. You’ll help build the ABM engine that turns focus into momentum, and momentum into pipeline.\nWhat You'll Do:\nBuild and own how we prioritize target accountstogether with Origination, develop tiering/scoring logic and keep it relevant as our focus evolves\n\nTurn priorities into clear engagement plans: who we need to reach, what we need to say, and how we create momentum across accounts\n\nDevelop and execute account-based campaigns and playsthat support origination priorities, mixing personalized outreach with scalable programs\n\nRun regularaccount & pipeline reviewswith Origination to translate signals and learnings into concrete next actions\n\nStrengthen our CRM and go-to-market hygiene: improve structure, workflows and data quality (and help us evolve our tooling over time)\n\nCreate visibility into what’s working by tracking account engagement and pipeline contribution, and sharing insights across teams\n\nPartner closely with Content & Design to turn thought leadership, customer cases, and events into account-relevant assets\n\nSupport experimentation across channels to continuously improve how we generate and progress opportunities\n\nWho you are\nCommercially minded, you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing and sales\n\nExcited to be the first personin a role and build the foundations from scratch\n\nHands-on and pragmatic: you move fast with an 80/20 mindset, then iterate\n\nComfortable in a scaling environment where not everything is defined yet\n\nData-confident: you can turn numbers and signals into decisions and actions\n\nA strong communicator who creates alignment and momentum across teams\n\nIt’s a plus if you have\nExperience from complex B2B industries with longer sales cycles (e.g. energy, infrastructure, industrial, technology)\n\nExperience across different CRM/marketing automation tools-and curiosity for martech\n\nBuilt ABM/demand gen programs that went from account lists to measurable pipeline
