collaborate to execute preventive maintenance programs, vendor relationships, space planning, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with all legal standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacility Operations & Maintenance\nOversee daily operations of all Flow Hydration facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and cleanliness.\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, lighting, water systems, etc.).\nManage facility inspections and coordinate repairs and upgrades as required.\nEnsure minimal downtime and fast resolution of maintenance issues.\nVendor & Contractor Management\nSource, negotiate, and oversee third-party vendors for janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other facility-related services.\nManage contracts, service-level agreements, and performance standards.\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure all facilities comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.\nMaintain safety programs, emergency preparedness plans, and incident response procedures.\nPartner with HR and EHS teams to promote a safe and sustainable workplace culture.\nBudgeting & Reporting\nDevelop and manage facility budgets, capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and cost-control initiatives.\nTrack and report on facility performance metrics, maintenance costs, and energy usage.\nIdentify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.\nSustainability & Continuous Improvement\nLead projects that align with Flow’s sustainability mission energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-efficient infrastructure.\nSupport implementation of sustainable materials, packaging storage, and renewable energy use in facilities.\nManagement\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Maintenance teams to support production and business objectives.\nServe as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues.\nCollaborate with the landlord for updates.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n8-10 years of facilities management experience in manufacturing, food/beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments preferred.\nProject management experience and certification.\nStrong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water systems).\nExperience managing budgets, contractors, and preventive maintenance programs.\nSkills\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nStrong leadership and vendor management capabilities.\nKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite and other maintenance management systems.\nProblem-solving mindset and ability to work under
