submission.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPrepare techno-commercial quotations for standard and special control valves for assigned regions and intercompany requirements.\nReview project specifications, valve datasheets, process data, vendor documents, inspection, and testing requirements.\nSelect suitable valves, actuators, and accessories based on application requirements.\nPrepare technical deviations and clarification lists with appropriate justification.\nCoordinate with factories, suppliers, legal, operations, and credit analysis teams for quotation support.\nRespond to customer technical clarifications and participate in technical discussions when required.\nReview purchase orders and contracts to ensure alignment with submitted proposals.\nComplete order hand-off documentation and transfer documents to respective manufacturing plants.\nPrepare and maintain pre-qualification dossiers and quotation logs.\nMeet assigned functional metrics for quotation quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.\nMain Objectives:\nDeliver accurate, timely, and competitive techno-commercial proposals.\nEnsure technical compliance with customer and project requirements.\nSupport order conversion through effective application engineering and commercial coordination.\nEnsure smooth order hand-off from sales to manufacturing plants.\nMaintain complete quotation records and support continuous improvement in bid processes.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.\n0 to 3 years of relevant experience in the valve industry.\nExperience in application engineering, control valve selection, actuators, and accessories.\nKnowledge of project specifications, process datasheets, inspection, and testing requirements.\nExposure to techno-commercial bidding, proposal preparation, and order hand-off processes.\nCommercial knowledge and experience working with international customers will be preferred.\nCompetencies:\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nGood technical understanding of control valves and application engineering.\nTechno-commercial and business acumen.\nNegotiation and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotations.\nCreative, proactive, and energetic approach.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration
