In this function you will develop solutions for customers and partners for industrial and special applications. \nYou will act as a product specialist in a team and work closely with the sales, development, and other specialist departments at the site.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead development of our aftermarket proposals by coordinating with\nengineering, sales, procurement, operations, and vendors\nTimely preparation of high-quality proposals within limitations dictated by\nthe customer or manager using designated workload management tools and\nprocesses, while improving productivity\nReview all customer inquiry related documents while addressing all\nrelevant technical and commercial requirements, owning pricing\ncomponents and technical review.\nManage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including\nupdating and maintaining designated workload management tool, while\nensuring hit-rate is optimized\nLead all coordination efforts on applicable aftermarket quotes while\nensuring close collaboration and communication with all applicable\nstakeholders. Participate in development of sales strategy.\nSupport off-site customer project presentations and kickoff meetings\nCoordinate and manage sub-supplier requests, replacement parts and\ncomponents, labor estimates and quotations related to aftermarket\nrequests, including effectively negotiating terms and pricing.\nMonitor and actively provide feedback on application of tools and\nprocesses\nActively participate in providing feedback Required Qualifications:\nEngineering degree or equivalent. Problem solving mindset with\nmechanical aptitude required.\nExcellent customer service skills. Experience in a similar\ntechnical/commercial role is preferred\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.
