The position works within the Customer Service Order Fulfilment team in managing customer orders and helping Flowserve to achieve its goals, maximizing bookings, sales and further opportunities.\nFlowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits, paid holidays, pension plan and many other excellent benefits!\nMain responsibilities:\n· Entering customer orders within Flowserve’s ERP system.\n· Managing customer orders through to completion, as assigned.\n· Direct communication with customers.\n· Expediting internal and external supply chains.\n· Reporting weekly key KPI metrics / order forecast data.\n· Creation of intercompany & third party purchase orders.\n· Overseeing and resolving warranties / non-conformances.\n· Creation & execution of continuous improvement projects.\nMain requirements:\n· Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.\n· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across varying functional/business platforms.\n· Promote a positive and professional working atmosphere, where the status quo is challenged to improve, and the team is driven toward creating an exceptional customer experience.\n· Flexible in approach, willing to adapted to various tasks/responsibilities within the business model.\n· Excellent organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines with little supervision.\n· Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.\n· Experience in customer service in an engineered manufacturing environment would be desirable but not essential.\n· Knowledge of SAP ERP system would be desirable but not essential.\nWhat We Can Offer You At Flowserve\nYou'll find a range of options to fit your, and your family's, needs.
