The Shared Service Center is based in Hungary and serves the North American and EMEA regions. You can work with the latest SAP/S4 HANA and other ERP systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain relationship with internal and external business partners \nManage a collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices \nInteract with customers primarily by email and telephone \nMaintain transparent, accurate and standard collections notes \nIdentify and open dispute case and escalate if needed\nTimely escalation of collection issues in accordance with department guidelines\nFrequently review sales orders on hold\nMaintain documentation as per internal controls & SOX /audit requirements\nSupport the organization with timely month-end closing\nRequired Qualifications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to build effective relationships with customers via phone\nTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively across locations • Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • 0-1-year relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's Degree preferred but not essential\nExperience with Microsoft Office products is a plus\nPrior experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Customer Service, or a related function\nBasic knowledge of finance, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment terms, and payment plans\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Flowserve, you'll find a range of options to fit your, and your family's, needs.
