Responsible for clean order execution on engineering & design in coordination with regional representatives and aligning to the global requirements.\nPosition preferences:\nStrong Knowledge on API 614/692. Versatile on international standards like ASME, IEC, NEC, CSA & ATEX etc.\nWell versed on all kinds of instrumentations (selections/applications/variations).\nKnowledge on Zone classification and hazardous classifications.\nLiaison with regional engineering representatives, Operations, sub-suppliers and other departments as needed to ensure technical compliance of system orders.\nEffectively utilize the various tools including, but not limited to: PLM Nexus, SAP, OEPDMS and other engineering tools.\nAbility to work in an extended flexible schedule under deadline pressures.\nKeeping perfect and effective communication channel with all the team internal and external stakeholders.\nPerforming tasks associated with complicated layout design for non-standard products and generating shop floor fabrication drawings.\nIdentify and implement the manufacturing improvements based on continuous engagement with fabricators.\nPerform engineering calculations and develop tools for productivity improvements.\nAbility to review other’s output and offer constructive feedback for development.\nPosition Competencies/ Behaviors:\nExcellent Communication Skills in English (both oral and written).\nStrong technical acumen and analytical thinking.\nMake decisions in the best interest of the needs, priorities and viewpoints of others.\nImplementing new methods that would imbibe lessons learnt and avert recurrence of unwanted.\nFlexible, self-motivated individual with a positive and proactive approach and strong customer service ethic.\nTime management\nQualification & Requirements:\nMechanical/Instrumentation Engineering Graduate with +3 years of experience in similar engineering industry.\nExperience in GasPanel engineering function would be an added advantage.\nProficiency in SolidWorks & Draftsight.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with track record of managing large projects.\nContinuous improvement mindset and high degree of comfort with engineering tools and related technologies.\nCoaching associate or a team to execute their work effectively.\nFamiliar with manufacturing processes and metallurgy.\nTaking ownership of actions, initiating things for process betterment and passion towards learning and
