Working within Flowserve’s Shared Service Center, you will support employees with expense-related questions, help maintain high-quality financial data, and contribute to reliable financial reporting.\nYour attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help strengthen internal controls and ensure expenses are processed in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and approve T&E and purchasing-card expense reports in accordance with internal policies and procedures.\nIdentify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary.\nProvide timely support to internal employees and respond to expense-related inquiries within agreed service-level timelines.\nParticipate in month-end closing activities and ensure correct General Ledger coding.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, GAAP, SOX requirements, and applicable local regulations.\nMaintain accurate documentation and support audit-ready expense processes.\nCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve expense-audit issues efficiently.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.\nAt least one year of experience in expense processing, expense auditing, or a related finance role.\nFluent written and spoken English and Hungarian.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nFriendly multicultural environment and team events.\nLife, accident, and health insurance.\nCafeteria package.\nCareer development and training opportunities.\nOpportunity for hybrid work.\nJoin our global Finance team and help ensure accurate, compliant expense processes in a supportive international environment.
