improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive facility-maintenance plan, including preventive-maintenanceschedules, repairs, and upgrades.\nConduct regular inspections of the training center to identify and address maintenance issues, helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment for staff, learners, and visitors.\nCoordinate external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.\nSupport the day-to-day operational readiness of training rooms, labs, storage areas, and shared spaces.\nManage the logistics of training-equipment inventory, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and availability.\nConduct regular equipment-inventory audits to maintain accuracy and ensure equipment is available for training purposes.\nCoordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions to training activities.\nMaintain organized equipment-storage practices and clear inventory records.\nMonitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including risk assessments, safety protocols, and staff training as needed.\nDevelop and maintain health, safety, and environmental documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.\nPromote a safe work environment for employees, instructors, learners, contractors, and visitors.\nImplement and maintain 5S-Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain-to support a clean, organized, efficient training environment.\nTrain and educate staff on 5S principles and encourage active participation in maintaining a 5S culture.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to facility maintenance, training-equipment logistics, and 5S.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience in facility and equipment maintenance, logistics or inventory management, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.\nStrong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.\nFamiliarity with 5S and experience implementing and sustaining workplace-organization initiatives.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nProficiency using software and systems for maintenance tracking, inventory management, and documentation.\nAbility to work in person at the Dallas Training Center on a daily basis.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting a training center, technical lab, industrial facility, learning environment, or similar equipment-intensive operation.\nExperience managing vendor relationships, maintenance-service requests, and repair coordination.\nExperience improving facility workflows, equipment availability, inventory accuracy, or workplace organization through 5S
