Reporting to theManager, Specialized Care, this roleoperatesat the intersection of service excellence, risk mitigation, and business enablement-partnering closely with leaders to drive fair, compliant, and consistent outcomes across supported countries.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as an escalation point andsubject-matterexpert for complex associate and leader inquiries, ensuringtimely, compliant, andhigh-qualityresolution.\n\nInterpret, apply, and clearly communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures in a way that balances consistency, risk management in strategic partnership with the business\n\nProvide trusted coaching and counsel to leaders on performance management, compensation, career development, and workforce actions aligned to Flowserve’s business strategy andobjectives.\n\nGuide leaders through sensitive andhigh-risksituations, including employee relations matters, conflict resolution, investigations, involuntary terminations, and reductions in force.\n\nAssess complex situations by asking critical, diagnostic questions and exercising sound judgment to recommend appropriate courses of action.\n\nSupport talent development efforts byidentifyingcapability gaps,advising ondevelopment solutions, and making targeted recommendations.\n\nMaintain strong working knowledge of Flowserve’s global organizational structure and People Excellence to effectively navigate complexity and resolve issues across regions.\n\nPartner with People Center leadership tomonitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the service delivery model for designated countries.\n\nOversee and manage escalated transactions and workstream execution in NEO CASE system tracking related to:\n\nInvoluntary terminations andreduction-in-forcesupport\n\nPerformance management, including coaching, discipline, and PIPs\n\nEmployee and labor relations matters and investigations\n\nInternal movement and workforce changes\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degreerequired; emphasisinHuman Resources or Business Administration preferred.\n\n6+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Business Partnering, or HR Service Delivery within a complex organization.\n\nDemonstratedexpertisein employee relations, involuntary terminations, RIF support, performance management, and investigations.\n\nProven ability to deliver exceptional associate andleadersupport withhigh levelsof emotional intelligence, professionalism, and empathy.\n\nStrong consultative and influencing skills, with the ability to guide outcomes without direct authority.\n\nExcellent analytical,problem-solving, anddecision-makingcapabilities, particularly in ambiguous orhigh-risksituations.\n\nDemonstrated integrity and sound judgment, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.\n\nPreferred Experience\nAbility to interpret and apply relevant employment laws and regulations across geographies.\n\nExperience supporting global ormulti-countrypopulations.\n\nManufacturing or industrial environment experience.\n\nWillingness to travel domestically up to 20%.\n\nWork Arrangement\nHybrid role: 4days in office / 1 day remote.\nWhy Flowserve\nFlowserve offers competitive compensation, annual incentive programs, comprehensive medical benefits starting on day one, generous paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) plan, and manyadditionalbenefits designed to support your totalwell-being.\nThe pay range for this role is 114,636.86 -
