This role focuses on maintaining workplace safety standards, leading continuous improvement through 5S, managing incident reporting, coordinating safety training, and ensuring full compliance with local Saudi Arabian HSE legislation and Flowserve corporate standards.\nKey Task Responsibilities\nMaintain high level of housekeeping. Implement and maintain 5S in the facility. Perform 5’S audit every 3 months.\nConduct walk through safety inspection on a daily basis and report findings to immediate supervisor and enter findings in Sphera.\nReview local standards and ensure that those requirements are brought to the attention of immediate supervisor and top management.\nConduct monthly HSE committee and weekly toolbox meeting. Provide reports.\nReport all Near miss/First aid/Loss time, environmental/fire/vehicular incident to SPHERA. Encourage all associates in the site to report observation in Sphera\nReview all reports in SHPERA and update HSE RAIL on a regular basis.\nManage environmental, health, and safety activities through strong leadership, communication, motivation and direction of safety committee. \nConduct a rigorous incident investigation process focused on, prevention, root cause analysis and injury prevention leading indicators. \nCoordinate safety training for all employees in the areas of Safety Health & Environmental matters \nDevelop and administer New Hire Orientation Safety Training Investigate and maintain records for all work-related injuries and/or illnesses, provide statistical analysis, and assist department management in the development of effective health and safety countermeasures to continuously improve safety objectives. \nServe as co-chair on the Joint Health and Safety Committee and help to coordinate activities, recommendations, and accountability of issues identified by the Safety regulations and Flowserve corporate audits. \nConduct monthly workplace safety audits and establish measurable standards from which further recommendations (continuous improvement) can be made, with effective follow-up. \nCoordinate emergency evacuation procedures, training, and practice drills \nEnsure all environmental reports are submitted accurately and on time pertaining air, storm water and sanitary sewer discharge permits. \nQualification Requirement:\nBS/BA Graduate of any 4 year course, or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. \nNEBOSH International general certificate in OHS\nDetailed knowledge of ISO-9001, 14001 and 45001\nWith at least 2 years of relevant experience.\nWith good English communication skills.\nMHRSD professional certificate (Kawader)\nExcellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia health, safety and environment
