This role works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, reduce risk, and ensure continuity of supply.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport category strategy development for assigned indirect spend areas\nConduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier assessments\nLead or support RFx activities, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes\nEvaluate supplier proposals using commercial, operational, and risk criteria\nNegotiate pricing, terms, service levels, and contract conditions\nPartner with stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, IT, HR, and other functions to understand business requirements\nIdentify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value improvement opportunities\nMonitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews\nHelp manage contracts, renewals, and compliance with procurement policies\nSupport supplier onboarding, qualification, and issue resolution\nTrack sourcing pipeline, savings results, and category performance metrics\nEnsure sourcing activities align with company ethics, sustainability, and risk management requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field\n3-6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or category management\nExperience sourcing indirect categories such as services, IT, facilities, MRO, or general corporate spend\nKnowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation\nStrong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and cost modelling\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nProficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and sourcing/procurement tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a global or matrixed organization\nFamiliarity with supplier risk management and procurement compliance\nProfessional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or CPM\nExperience with e-sourcing platforms and contract lifecycle tools\nBackground in manufacturing or
