The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who is comfortable taking ownership, pushing through obstacles, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring work gets done. A solid foundation in SAP is required, and the familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus; but the focus of this role is delivery, execution, and leadership rather than configuration.\n Responsibilities:\nOwn project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with business priorities.\n\nReview and analyze business processes and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.\n\nTranslate business requirements into specifications enabling solution delivery.\n\nServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development/support teams\nDrive integration across SAP and other enterprise applications\n\nWork directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.\n\nWork directly with technical teams to successfully deliver Enterprise Application Projects to manufacturing sites throughout Flowserve.\n\nActively manage risks, issues, opportunities and change, escalating when needed and pushing for resolution.\n\nEvaluate ERP and business processes and drive continuous improvement and standardization across manufacturing operations.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong ERP expertise with the ability to enable scalable, integrated solutions across multiple systems (SAP and non-SAP), while ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and business value realization.\n\n Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5-10 years of experience leading SAP and ERP-related projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).\n\nDemonstrated ability to own delivery, make decisions, and move initiatives forward in complex organizations.\n\nProven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nComfortable operating with urgency, accountability, and ambiguity.\n\nSolid project management skills\n\n20-30% of travel required\n\nPreferred:\nExperience working across multiple ERP platforms or major ERP transformations.\n\nExperience integrating ERP systems with external applications.\n\nFamiliarity with custom development concepts and system enhancements.\n\nExperience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing
