You will play a key role in developing leadership capability, strengthening governance and internal controls, and ensuring the integrity of financial information provided to stakeholders and auditors.\nThis role partners closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to improve finance processes, manage risk, support business transitions, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals and people leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.\nManage day-to-day finance operations to ensure efficient service delivery, appropriate resource allocation, service-level performance, and customer satisfaction.\nDrive talent management activities, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, development plans, mentoring, cross-training, and employee engagement.\nOversee financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management in accordance with Flowserve policies, US GAAP, SOX requirements, and applicable local regulations.\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial information, operational KPIs, and reports for stakeholders, leadership, and internal/external auditors.\nLead and support finance process transitions, operational improvements, documentation, knowledge management, and productivity initiatives.\nPartner with local, regional, and global stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end processes, resolve issues, manage escalations, and identify improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate audit, compliance, and remediation activities, ensuring controls are regularly evaluated and deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner.\nManage budgets and costs while balancing operational efficiency, service quality, and business needs.\nPromote a strong culture of ethics, quality, integrity, Environmental Health & Safety, and customer-focused service across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English.\nConfident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nAbility to establish and maintain productive and collaborative work relationships with stakeholders.\nAbility to plan, lead, and implement changes as necessary.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nStrategic thinking and planning.\nUnderstand the interface of finance processes and technologies.\nDeep understanding of controls in a BSC environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree is preferred, Master's Degree is a plus.\nLean Six Sigma certification is a plus.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Flowserve, you'll find a range of options to fit your, and your family's, needs.
