The manager ensures these services are functioning consistently across regions, supported by robust governance, accurate data, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable improvements in adoption.\nMain Objectives\nLead the deployment, sustainability and continuous improvement of global Supply Chain Services programs.\nEstablish clear governance, ownership, standards, and performance measures for Supply Chain data, reporting, systems, and service processes.\nCreate business specific applications and/or reports in line with business needs\nDevelop the Supply Chain Services team, including the Supply Chain Services Program Manager, through coaching, prioritization, and performance management.\nDrive improvements in data and reporting quality, sustainability/future proofing of apps and tools\nEnsure Supply Chain Services supports changes to the organizational structure, systems landscape, and business priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership and Governance\nDefine the roadmap, priorities, operating model, and governance structure for Supply Chain Services\nOversee the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Supply Chain programs across global regions and functions.\nSponsor and prioritize continuous-improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality and data integrity.\nReview program performance of programs, apps and tools regularly and remove barriers affecting delivery, adoption, or sustainability.\nEscalate significant risks, resource constraints, and strategic decisions to Supply Chain leadership.\nSupply Chain Hub, Reporting, and Data\nManage content for the Supply Chain Hub, including content quality, ownership, governance, and alignment with the latest organisation structure and business operating model.\nEnsure the delivery of complete, timely, accurate, and meaningful Supply Chain reporting.\nEstablish reporting standards, performance indicators, and accuracy of data\nEnsure appropriate training, communication, user support, and adoption management for Supply Chain tools and reporting solutions.\nDrive data-quality improvement and maintain robust governance for supplier and Supply Chain master data.\nSupplier Master Data and Systems\nProvide functional leadership for Supplier Master Data Management and Supplier Master Data Governance.\nEnsure appropriate controls, roles, procedures, and system administration practices are maintained for supplier data including user guides, training material and Business Requirements Documents\nPartner with IT, procurement, finance, and regional Supply Chain teams to improve the effectiveness and integration of Supply Chain systems and tools.\nManage the creation, evaluation, design, and rollout of applications and tools, reporting, workflows, and Power Apps capabilities.\nPeople Leadership and Stakeholder Management\nLead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain Services team across countries and regions.\nSet clear objectives, accountabilities, development plans, and performance expectations for direct reports.\nBuild strong working relationships with Supply Chain, procurement, operations, manufacturing, finance, IT, and business leadership.\nInfluence stakeholders at all levels to support standardized processes, governance requirements, and transformation initiatives.\nAct as a visible change leader, helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.\nCompliance and Risk Management\nEnsure Supply Chain Services activities comply with applicable Flowserve Supply Chain policies, procedures, and governance requirements.\nPromote adherence to Safety, Integrity, and Ethics policies and procedures.\nIdentify operational, data, supplier, and program-delivery risks;
